Information that you provide to HostLabs to apply for separate software or hardware licenses go directly to the software licenser and is subject to the privacy policy of the licenser and not this Privacy Policy. In addition, HostLabs may release personally identifiable information necessary for the prosecution or defense of any legal claim or right to which HostLabs is a party. HostLabs will also release personally identifiable information as required by law.
